"I grew up in rural Derbyshire, near the beautiful peak district. From an early age, I had a real passion for art in all its forms. I decided in 2005, to give up a successful career in sales to persue Art full time. My work covers all the aspects o life that I love including people, animals and the natural world. The emphasis is on colour and ovservation. Inspiration has been drawn from numerous visits to galleries at home and abroad. In particular, I admire the work of 18© artist joseph Wright and later French Impressionis painters" |
