Larz Eldbaage
Larz Eldbaage was born in Uppsala, Sweden in 1938 under the name of Lars Wahlberg. In 1997
he changed his name to Larz Eldbaage on artistic grounds.
Larz has worked professionally as a designer, art teacher and art director.
Earlier he was the owner of several design companies. Since 1993, he has
worked as a professional artist. He has had several solo exhibitions
and has also paricipated in many collective exhibitions in Sweden, France, Italy, Spain
and the USA.
He was represented in the Stockholm Art Fair in 1998,1999,2000 and Euro Art Barcelona
1999 and Europe Art Geneve 2000.
Nominated and awarded many prizes (Gold, Silver and Bronze medals) in
France and Italy. Awarded trophy "La dea Alata" in Firenze 2003 and
"Solidarite Culturelle Francaise", Medaille Vermeil 2004,
Solidarite Culturelle Francaise Grande Medl D'or 2006.
Nominated to Professor of Art in Accademia Greci-Marino, Italy, 2003.
Nominated to the title of Accademico ad Honorem per I'Ordine di
Michelangelo, Torino, Italy 2006.
