"After graduating from Sunderland College of Art, Marc has worked mainly in oil and pastel media specialising in commissioned portraits. Over the past few years, he has contributed work to a number of local exhibitions and aims to exhibit a solo show in the coming year.
These recent pieces are a departure from his usually representative style into the realms of abstraction. Taken from studies made at the London Auarium, the new works introduce his interest in manipulating light to describe both form and movement.
