"This painting is similar in many ways to 'The Scavengers'. When I painted them I never thought about what they might represent; they just welled up from my subconcious. On reflection, I suppose, the figures and blocks symbolize ourselves in a world, not of our own making, that might come crashing down at any moment. Very Angst Ridden!!"
