Caroline Yeats-brown was educated at West Heath School in Kent and proceeded to study Art at the Camben Institute, London.
After a break in her studies, she left for Italy in 1974. There, she continued to study under Maestro Cecco Previtali and took part in various national and international competitions.
In 1976, she had her first personal show and opened her own studio at Treviglio, Province of Bergamo.
Since then, she has shown her work in 30 personal and 18 collective exhibitions in Italy and England; has had various illustrative works published and her work has been appraised and quoted in the Art Directories Il Commanducci, Arte Oggi and Il Pungolo Verde.
She has work in private collections in Great Britain, Italy, Switzerland and Australia. From 1982 to 1989, she taught Art, the History of Art and the Italian Language.
In September 1989, she left to paint landscapes in Australia. Since her return to this country, she has been kept busy with various commissions; from painting country houses, to human and animal portraits in oils, water colours and pastels.
In December 2000 Caroline exhibited her works at the Stables Gallery, Diss and in September 2004, at the Aldeburgh Gallery, Aldeburgh.
