The shopping cart on our website uses cookies. Cookies are little documents which hold the details of the items you have put in your shopping basket. You may clear the cookies at any time by pressing the view cart button and then selecting the option to remove all items from the basket - or by simply removing any one item which you do not want. You may put as much into your basket as you like, and when you decide to go to the checkout, you can make your final decision.
From the view basket screen, you may select proceed to the checkout where you can pay using Paypal. When you transfer from the view cart to these credit card processing sites, a java script will run to transfer the page. If you do not have javascript running, you may be asked to press a button to transfer. Using the services of or Pay Pal at a Secure Socket checkout we can accept payment using most major credit cards.

We operate pre-authorisation which means that no money is charged from your credit card until we have checked that the item you have ordered is available. If it is not available, we will inform you. If the item IS available, we will authorize the payment to go through.

Using PayPal, we do not see your credit card numbers We are listed under the Data Protection Act. We will not pass on any details provided to us to anybody else without your permission.

If the credit card processing informs us that the credit card may have been misused, we have to check the details of the buyer. We may ask the cardholder for a signature as an order confirmation before we despatch our paintings or other unique artworks.

We always report suspected fraud to the authorities. This is in the interests of all honest people.

We have arranged the delivery of many artworks, mostly to the UK and to the USA. The delivery of your chosen piece of art will normally be within two weeks (often within one), but occasionally we experience little hic-ups - such as not being able to contact the artist (artists take vacations too), or telephone messages or e_mails not being replied to. We keep you informed with as much information as we have available through each step of the delivery.

Due to the irreplaceable nature of most items we sell, we always ship with insurance and require a signature as proof of delivery.

We accept a full returns policy. Money for goods will be fully refunded by returning the item back to the address shown below. Shipping costs will not be returned.

We accept payment by a uk cheque, postal order or Western Union Transfer. Payment in advance by uk cheque will earn you a 3% discount of the painting cost.
