Lori Morgan is from Houston, USA. Here she is selling reasonably priced
limited edition Giclee prints. These were created by scanning the
original oil paintings onto the highest quality canvas and then
stretching these onto stretcher bars. These are of such a high
quality that the end result almost matches the originals in
colour and even the brush strokes can be seen. They are of stunning
images of flora and fauna from Hawaii and of flowers, for which which Lori
has a passion.
Robert Burden is a sculptor and an artist with a sense of humour.
His Atlas like bookends would enhance the shelf of any bibliophile,
and his body of elegance could be an interesting talking point at
the soiree of any member of an orchestra - as would his painting called the bridge of thighs
which should not be viewed by anybody who is not broad minded.
Each of Helen Clark's watercolour and gouache cats (big and small) and other animals
are alive with their own personality. They don't 'pose', they express
who they are looking at us from the canvas as if alive. Her love
for her chosen subjects is evident when the fine details and
overall finished compositions are examined.
Brenda Money paints huge oil on canvas paintings which would make a
wonderful focal point in a home where a large blank wall is crying out to
be filled. Her paintings are painterly and bright. She has captured,
in a magical rainbow like effect, the atmosphere of the Eden Project
by night.
She has transferred the vastness and awe from
her visits onto the flat two dimesnional surface of the canvas
in a way that makes it appear to be three-dimensional and magical.
