East Anglian Artist Paul Podhorski paints original oil paintings.
Amongst these ten examples are East Anglian landscapes to take your breath away -
impastos with the essence of this rural area; flowering cherry trees, dramatic skies,
poppy fields, autumnal woodlands, and Sailing on the Norfolk Broads.
The painting shown on the left is a little different - it looks like
these people are friends or relations he is saying goodbye to - people
left in Paul's homeland. The painting suggests that the viewer is speeding
away, looking backwards at the scene. The snow on the road emphasises
the receding perspective. It could be a memory or a "flying" dream.
The coldness of the scene and the angst on the faces of the
couple painted suggests a sadness. This is a powerful painting which
will resonate with anybody who has ever had to leave somebody they have
loved.

Artist Ntuison Oliver is from Cameroon in West Africa. It is
obvious, from the very professional quality of Ntuison's art that Ntuison has
a degree in Art. From these two original oil paintings we can see that Ntuison has
great skill in both classical realism and in modern expressionism. We
feel very optimistic for Ntuison's future as an artist.

Watercolours really are an exceptional medium for showing the multi-layered
light of the lakes and moors of the UK. Newport artist Terry Baker
shows just how perfectly two completely different hilly Welsh landscapes
swathed in cloud can be captured using this medium. Terry does
not profess to be a professional artist, but one tiny error
can destroy a watercolour so perhaps Terry might be classified as
an experienced watercolourist.

Artist R A Laine from Newcastle Upon Tyne paints traditional
landscapes using watercolours. With his loose style, he captures the
mood of the open air - the tranquility of the scenes and the
sensory ambiance of the weather. Robert Laine accepts commissioned
works and, where possible will visit the locations of the landscapes
to b painted.

Artist CJ Lucia fron North Carolina has his own soft, gentle
style of painting. From each painting by comes a feeling of peace and love
- for the flowers, plants and people. Each painting is bathed in diffused

is selling giclee prints of his artworks here - and is open to (reasonable)
offers for the originals.

These professional, sensual and affordable photographic prints were created
by an artist from Henlow - André Axford. They certainly have
"The Look". The models on his photographs are poised and captured
cleverly to impact suggestion with a minimum number of colours.
These portraits are sexy without being pornographic.
André has a lot of sales and Marketing experience and now works full time
as a professional photographer.

Talented artist TK Sarasvathy from Singapore is exhibiting two
original still life paintings in oil. The styles of each could not be more different.
This vase of flowers shows skill in painting realism. These flowers
could have been picked from a sunny summer garden. The other is a more
modern still life, painted with loose brush strokes - the result
being an impressionistic semi abstracted still life painting. Both
have their own merits. Different people will prefer one or the other.
If we were all the same this would be a very dull world!

There is no doubt that the standard of Art education in China is high.
Copying is something that the Chinese do well. Less common are original
artworks from named Chinese artists and we add two more here from
the professional Chinese artist Arthur Sheung. These abstracts
are original oil paintings, numbered but untitled. Arthur has put his years of experience into
expressing himself as an individual, putting his thoughts and feelings
into colour and abstract composition. Take time when you look at abstracts
to learn what feelings they give to you.

Huge, dramatic and thought provoking are adjectives that might be
chosen for these original oil paintings by Montenegran artist Borislav Jovanovic.
Borislav describes his style as a little bit realistic but always in
imagination. The serbian term for his style is "PRUM". Borislav paints
though his faith - his belief in God and Jesus Christ and each is
a celebration of life. Borislav hopes that through Art, we can build a
better world.

Serbian artist Sasa Milojkovic. Fantasically realistic,
and composed like an old master, these paintings would at the very
least allow you to agree that there are exceptions to every rule!

Mentioned in India's NCR Tribune, Yogendra Kumar Purohit is
a rising star in the art world. Yogendra has added two delicate and
complex abstract self portraits in acrylic to his gallery. In these
portrayals of his thoughts, Yogendra seems to be above the earth
in some kind of out of body experience, looking down. The colours
used are cool and calm. These original paintings are fascinating and beautiful.

join Amnesty International. Now free, he is happily settled in Manchester. His very professional, striking allegorical
abstract paintings reflect the situations political activists found
themselves in in the beginning of the 90s. The biographical paragraph
on Naushad's summary page has been written by a UNICEF representative,

Artist Angela McGibbon paints life experiences honestly and
confidently as original oil on canvas paintings. We all have moments
of introspection when we wonder if what we are doing is right or how the decisions we make today will affect the future and these are the
moments which Angela has translated into modern conceptual abstracts where
each colour space translates into a deep inner emotion.

|
Artist Allen Archibald from Durham has added three intriguing
modern figurative abstracts. Looking at them for any length of time
raises more questions than answers. Like a large, well planned garden,
these canvases seem to have several separate areas which work together
to produce a coherent whole. Allen's clever use of colour and
loose brush work cause different parts of each picture to recede or jump
out, giving the illusion of 3 dimensions. These interesting new original oil
paintings are very large and dramatic.

|
Italian artist Peter B. Byatt from Barga brings professional

original paintings? Peter has three galleries here for you to visit. These are

Artist Malcolm Turner has recently moved to Hermanus in
South Africa to live. Hermanus is a huge tourist centre where
vistiors come from all over the world to watch whales. Malcolm's
recent series of original acrylic paintings are inspired by
the care and love attatched to these fantastic mammals. These
are little tongue in cheek cartoons which signify some hugely
imaginative scenes depicting the lives of whales. These are
Very funny, cute and judging by the response he has already received
- very popular! (a couple have already been sold before they made it to
the website!)

In the 19th Century - thousands of Irish people left their much loved homeland
to find food and work across the world. Irish artist Freda Young has
painted beautiful landscape paintings showing what might have been
the last locations that some people would have seen before they sailed to America or Australia.
The Irish coast seems to reach out into the Atlantic ocean to them.
Freda's original oil paintings are rich in colour and texture, bringing these landscapes alive.

Brighton artist Richard Franklyn paints original, realistic, gouache on board
paintings. This addition to his collection is in Richards striking style -
elegant and alluring - sumptuous and sexy, luscious, intelligent and
inviting. The fabulous, rich shining painted red silk that occupies most of the
picture space amazigly fades into an unfocussed background blur when you
look into this subject's large hazel eyes. A beautiful woman captured
by a professional artist.

|
Professional artist Sangeev P.K.from Mumbi in India paints amazing
modern acrylic paintings with strong vibrant colours, filling the
space around abstract figures, which zing with emotion and energy. In the
middle of the energy are colours which suggest an introspective philosophical thread
to the story they tell. Sanjeev describes himself as a painter of passion and that passion is in
every inch of these exceptional, large original acrylic paintings on canvas.

There is an opulence about this lovely original acrylic still
life by Staffordshire artist Sharon Anne Knott. There is a slight
green tint on the glass, and through this, translucent red wine. On the
table, draped with a delicate pink table cloth and festooned with flowers,
are ripe, round, purple grapes, juicy plums and soft bread rolls.
How inviting! The colours on this painting sit remarkably well beside
other still life paintings by Sharon. This is one of 4 new additions
to Sharon's collection of original paintings for you to buy.

East Anglian artist David Jay's clients are mostly large corporations.
His abstract art sits well in any modern establishment - but some
of his warm, textured paintings would equally enhance any home. Some
artists prefer to allow interpretations of abstracts solely to
the visitor viewing the artwork, but David attempts to describe what
he is aiming for on each original painting. In addition to three new
abstract worked plaster paintings here, David is exhibiting original
abstract oil paintings.

The original oil and watercolour paintings by Irish artist

energy. Neill has added two new paintings to his galleries here and
is also exhibiting another - a Jazz painting which is in a private collection.

|
Like a butterfly, artist Caroline Atkinson flits about. She is
based in Cambridgeshire and North Devon and has exhibited in the UK
and in Paris. Caroline's original mixed media paintings are so delicate. Their backgrounds are like
a misty morning bathed in sunlight - small magical snapshots of nature's
paradise. One could imagine this being Rivndell and for an elf woman
to magically appear from within.

Kenyan artist John K. Kaminja has been selling his art through
us for some years. Each time he submits work for sale - you can see
his style evolving and becoming less for the tourist market and more
art for art's sake. John does a lot of work for missionary groups in Kenya
and has exhibited widely across East Africa. As well as devoting time to
painting, John works with orphans in his home country. These latest
submissions have many paintings with darker colours and more philosophical
titles such as "No Water - No Life" and "The True Spirit of Kenya". The
latest outbreaks of violence there are bound to impact on an artistic soul.

Hampshire artist Gerald Shepherd F.F.P.S. uses a methodology he
calls "Ionist Art" or "Meditative Process Art" to create his
modern art landscapes many of which are figurative. His art is
complex and deep, investiaging his own creative processes almost
scientifically, each painting being part of a sequential stream
of developed imaginative themes. The expansion of his creativity includes
new exploration of themes using science, mathematics, religion and
his own emotive response to these through his art. Here are
some of his original oil paintings for you to buy. These are fascinating to
look at, fun and somehow calming, as if by reaching deep into his own
subconcious using different intellectual questions, he is reaching his
own source and finding peace.

two new original oil paintings to his galleries, each painted under a

and very dramatic.
